Hola!! We had a wonderful time!! The view is amazing! Marta's food is great - we loved the food. We played lots of games and had a good laugh. We toured some of the other villas and they are insane. This place and the Nayarit area is highly fascinating place. It was so nice to explore the coast to see seals and the village of Platanitos. My daughter fell in love with the dolphins, sea turtles and was able to partake in a release one evening. For me it's been a long time since I've felt such deep relaxation! We all loved it here. We are so sad to leave but it was fun being here. It was super to see the baby turtles. Thank you for sharing your space! The Strain Family 2017

Amazing food!  Watching the tides change: the whales! Afternoons in the plunge pool. We stayed at Casa Estrella 10 years ago when the kids were young. They are now young adults, and it was so special to bring them back with their fiancés and girlfriend. This is a special place with a special place in our hearts.

We were welcomed with a lightning storm on our first night. Drinking fresh coconut water from the coconuts provided by Onofre. Enjoying Marta's exceptional meals, especially her chicken mole and chilaquiles. Watching the fishermen and surfers while relaxing by the pool. Playing numerous card games and Mexican Monopoly. A day trip to see the crocodiles at La Tovara. The list could go on and on. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Villa Estrella. Favorite Memories: Enjoying coffee on the patio while watching whales pass by. Relaxing days by the pool. Stunning Villa - Strolling along the beach, collecting seashells, enjoying breathtaking sunsets, observing pelicans in flight, spotting whales, watching fishermen at work on the rocks, stargazing, and embracing the overall beauty and tranquility. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ulrich & Jackie for generously donating Villa Estrella as a live auction item for St. Paul's Academy in Bellingham approximately 7-8 years ago. Although we were the fortunate bidders, we were unable to make the trip back then. After all these years, we finally had the opportunity to experience it. Truly a little slice of paradise!
